How to order?

We’d recommend visiting our store to check out our products directly. However, you can also order by phone (09 269 2253) or send an enquiry through the “Contact Us” page.

Why are the cakes sometimes frozen?

Cakes are baked daily, but we transfer cakes to the freezer immediately after baking to preserve freshness and texture. If you want the cake fully thawed for pickup, please let us know in advance.

Do you open on Sundays?

No, we are closed on Sundays. However, we do occasionally allow customers to collect especially large orders at 8 AM Sunday morning.

Do you have afterpay?

No, we don’t have an afterpay service.

Do you have gluten-free or eggless cakes?

No, our cakes contain gluten and eggs.

Do you do fondant cake?

No, we don’t prepare fondant cakes, our specialty is ganache and buttercream cakes.

Can I customise cakes into different shapes?

We can do custom design, but not custom shapes. We offer round,square and slab cakes in various sizes.

Do you have delivery service?

No, but we can deliver cakes to wedding venues (with an extra delivery fee).
